This Chipotle is OK. I tend to review franchised or chain restaurants based on my experiences within that restaurant chain/franchise. The last time I was here, I liked it a lot. Probably because they overstuffed my burrito with meat and gave me tons of Guac. The time before that I hated it because the juvenile staff was joking around so much they neglected my order and my burrito came out kind of sloppy. To be honest, I don't mind this place, but the only reason I come here is because the burritos are huge and it's across the street from my gym.

Chipotle is AWESOME BRANCH, but this one is a HELL NO. The amount of meat they serve you like they're one paying is not right. Will never ever go back .

Chipotle does a great job of serving you fresh food and quickly. The Burritos are nothing to sneeze at. They are huge and over stuffed! The menu is simple to understand and the choices are just enough to satisfy your appetite. Fresh guacamole is always available and the tacos are amazing. Come hungry and be prepared to loosen that belt a notch or two! If you don't like to wait in line, you can call your order ahead and then go pick it up. Perfect for the lunch crowd, anyday!

I've been here quite a few times as its become my usual once a week, post karate dinner stop. In my previous visits here, things have been fairly decent, but it definitely isn't in the upper echelon of Chipotles. I would say this was the worst experience I've had here so far, which is why I'm writing. I came in a little bit after 9 PM, and the place was just about empty. I was the only person in line, so I went up to the counter to give my order, but it took a good minute or more to be acknowledged and helped. The girl behind the counter was cleaning off the line and what not, which is great, keep things clean! However, no one was at the start of the line to get my order going and it was clear she wasn't going to stop what she was doing. I think at least saying "hi, someone we'll be right with you" would have been appropriate. I don't mind waiting...I'm a very polite and patient person, but I think most people would be off put by being ignored. I just think it's a little disrespectful. Someone from corporate ended up making a surprise visit into the store and then walking through to the back, introducing himself to employees...and I was still waiting to be acknowledged! I suppose they missed that part lol. Anyway, I got my order taken and the girl was nice but giving extremely small portions...not sure if she was new or what but I've never seen such little rice being put in the bowl. I politely asked for a little more and she did, so it was fine. That happened all the way down the line for my veggie bowl. I saw someone put the lid on the fajita veggies and then when I asked for some, I was told they were out of them, and some of the employees that came out were laughing at that, so I'm guessing they came out wrong, but they were right in front of my face so I knew they existed. The girl after me in line waited a while to be acknowledged as well, and I overheard her ask the guy behind the counter why other employees in the back were poking their head out of the door and pointing at her and saying some things. Regardless of what that was about, definitely unprofessional. The girl at the register was very nice, but this was probably the worst experience I've had at the chipotle. No one was mean to me or anything, but just not the standard I'm used to going to other chipotles. I will agree with the other comments I've read about some employees being unprofessional and not very attentive...more concerned with interacting with each other rather than the customer. Maybe it was a bad night, but I've noticed a bit of unprofessional stuff other times I've been there. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for people having some fun while they work, but the customer should be the priority! Especially when corporate is in the house lol. Will I be back? Probably, because Guac.

Going back almost 5 years ago, chipotle used to be clean, professional employees with good manners. Now it's runned by idiots who are super rude and unprofessional. Visited this location 2 days ago and ordered the double steak bowl..the guy barely gave me 1 scoop and argued with me about the extra meat that I was going to pay for. Girl at the counter didn't know what chopped cilantro is. Really? You work at chipotle and you don't know what chopped cilantro is?! Needless to say I won't coming back to this location ever again or to any chipotle in a long time. Chipotle has gone downhill hiring every clown in the book.

This location was pretty busy but they had a lot of staff members so we barely even waited long to get our food.

I did online ordering through the APP at 12:10 PM. the order would be ready by 1:15 PM confirmed. as of 1:40 PM they stil had not made my meal and I had been waiting inside the chipotle for over 20 minutes in the "online order line" (about 15-20 people deep). basically it was a waste of my entire lunch period. I am upset as I and STARVING right now. I smelled chipotle for over 20 minutes and didn't get a single bite. I will NEVER give chipotle my lunch business again- too risky.

This location of Chipotle is horrible the staff are rude unfriendly portions are half the sizes as other locations and not very tasty I just don't get it

This locations lacks any sort of hustle or want to serve. At any given time there are people in the back who are prioritizing folding brown paper bags & having conversations with eachother while 3 people (including cashier!) in the front are trying to handle a hungry line.

This Chipotle has horrible reviews, but I'm not sure why. I have been twice now, and both times the experience was like any other Chipotle. I found all of the employees to be very friendly and accommodating. I didn't notice anyone fooling around at all. My only issue was that the tables had food all over them, but hey it's a semi-fast food place, so what do you expect?

Not the best Chipotle I've been to, but always busy. The employees today seemed distracted and I ended up with just two slivers of bell peppers on each taco. The medium salsa was so watery that the bottom of the tacos were soggy by the time we sat down. There was a huge chunk of lettuce rind in my side order of guacamole and a few of the chips were soggy in my bag. Hubby's Burrito was good, no complaints except that it seemed messier than normal and feel apart half way thru. This can be avoided by taking an extra second to drain the juice from something before putting it on the burrito.

We "ain't from these parts" but we've NEVER been to a Chipotle's we didn't love...but we've NEVER seen one so poorly run. Don't get me wrong-- kids working were friendly...just not efficient. Lines were crazy long...lots of workers standing around and not much happening. Every trash can was overflowing with trash. I even said something to them...15 minutes later I'm writing this and can't find a place to discard my trash without putting it on the floor. Food was good as usual.

Eh, it's Chipotle...I think we've all been to one by now. 8 years ago I was absolutely obsessed with Chipotle and ate it two times a week on average. Slowly over the years my obsession has decreased, including a period where I absolutely hated it (turns out I had begun adding the salsa and didn't realize that was the cause of my hate)...but anyways long story short, I had a craving pop up and headed to this new location near my work place. Again...eh, it's Chipotle....I think we've all been to one by now, so I won't go over the ordering system or what to get or any of that nonsense that anyone living in America must already know, but I must give this location credit for the size. Probably one of the biggest locations I've seen with lots of seating which is good because if you've ever eaten in a Chipotle at prime times you already know it can be difficult to get a seat. I came in here a few minutes before 11:30am to beat the rush and literally was the only person in the place. Result = walking out with my food no more than 3 minutes later...which has to be some kind of record!

So, there is this line, you see. Sometimes it's longer, while other times it's shorter. Regardless, you get in the line, and prepare to order your food. It's an efficient process that seamlessly guides you to the cash register in a matter of moments with a meal. That meal can come in many shapes and forms. For me? I typically order a burrito. I opt for yellow rice (they call it brown rice, but it looks yellow to me) over white rice. I prefer the black beans over the brown beans. I like the steak option vs. the other meat options. I'll mix in some cheese, corn and chipotle sauce, and call it a day. I'll add in some chips and salsa, too, with medium sauce. It's a big burrito. This place is very similar to Moe's, but seems to be faster in getting you in and out. They're fast. Otherwise, in my mind, there isn't much that differentiates one from the other. It's near where I live and where I work, and I will choose it because it's fast, and provides an alternative to other fast food restaurants in the neighborhood.

It's ok. if you want fast semi warm tacos, then it's the place to go. I normally get the 3 chicken tacos. I'm always stuffed. It's alot food for my belly. Well seasoned, good tasting tacos. The burritos are good too. Not a fan of the lime cilantro rice, I always omit, the rice. They normally overstuff the burrito. I can't finish that either. I prefer to cut it in half and save the rest for later. I do like the fact that the chicken is natural. How natural? I don't know. I haven't done enough research to figure out if their chicken are cage free prior to processing. Don't get overwhelmed by the long line, this place gets your meal prep in less than 5 minutes.

Customer service was terrible. All of the staff had attitudes. I asked for cilantro and the young lady dumped about a cup full on my bowl. When I kindly asked her to take some off and put it on the other bowl I ordered she huffed at me. I absolutely love chipotle but I won't be coming back to this one

Poor service the staff rush you when ordering, they're arrogant and act like they're top sh!ts because they're working at Chipotle. And if you order steak you literally get only 3-4 dog food size pieces of steak on your taco. Next time I'll like to try Champps steak tacos directly across the st. instead of dealing with their rude asses

This is My First time to this location. I didn't like how to serve the food, my food was cold and beside that the portion that they gave to me it wasn't the same as the location in davie.... I was not happy. But I still love eating at chipotle great flavor.

This isn't a review of Chipotle as a company, it's just a review of THIS Chipotle. I've been going to Chipotle for about 10 years, since I went to college in Las Vegas. Love the company, usually get awesome service...... Had to write this review as the last few times I've been here I've gotten service that would even make McDonald's employees laugh. Stood there the last time I went waiting to get my normal burrito bowl for at least 3 minutes as 4 employees literally just stood by the register goofing off. I'm all for having fun at work, but what are they paying you for? Finally a girl with a huge attitude for some reason comes over and doesn't say a word, just stares at me. LOL seriously? Not even a hi, what can I get for you, nothing? I tell her brown rice, she gets white rice. I tell her I'd like brown rice, she proceeds to then add brown rice ON TOP OF the white rice. Lady, seriously, comprehension must not be your cup of tea huh? I ask if she could just put brown rice in the bowl and she gets all disgusted, like I'm in the wrong, and puts about half of the normal rice that is supposed to go in the bowl (after 10 years of going here 2-3 times a week I think I know how much goes in the bowl). She fills up the rest of the stuff I want, then I say I'd like guac, and she says it's extra, which I don't care, and she asks me two more times in an ebonics slang "you sho you gon' pay fo' dis?". Ummm...I make about 20 times what you do lady, you think I'm going to have second thoughts on spending an extra 2 bucks? Finally, after dealing with ebonics girl, I go to the register, where I wait another 3 minutes for the person to stop texting so I can just pay and eat my food. Is it really this hard to give people business in this economy? I didn't want to write this review, but felt like I had to. Perhaps Chipotle should check IQ levels before employment takes place, just a wild thought.

This is the third Chipotle I've review and the one thing I can say about them is that they are all consistently very much the same. In fact so much so that I can practically quote my prior reviews of other locations. This place, like the others, is generally clean with cafeteria type of line. For ingredients, taste and flavor I could probably go Four Stars but as with the other locations there are drawbacks. Though the floor is clean and the kitchen appears orderly and clean, the table tops never seem to be clean. If the tables get cleaned, you'll probably be the person doing it. The interior is about as industrial and Spartan as one can get, and like the other locations, gives the appearance that it is still under construction. A bare open ceiling, some high intensity lighting that matches nothing, cement floors, cheap, low budget seats and tables. Nothing at all appealing about the interior. Worse, with this one having just opened it all too clearly obvious that there is some staff training to work on. I wouldn't have any trouble going Three Stars on the food, but with the dirty table tops and the general half-finished still under construction appearance of the place, Two Stars is the best I can do.

I like Chipotles restaurants. However in this one they give you smaller portions than all the other ones. Like really the tacos are just a tortilla with very little of anything inside. I much prefer the Fed Hwy location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
